At Rockford Chimney, we stand behind the quality of our venting systems and chimney components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific components.
- 2.Package Securely
Place the unused items back in their original boxes with all included hardware, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your package via a trackable shipping carrier of your choice; we recommend insuring the shipment as we are not responsible for items damaged during transit.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned chimney components for resale condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
